Chacon Autos, with 11 locations across Texas, wanted to improve its online presence and drive significant conversions through social media. The content we created focused on both organic and paid social media posts.

Challenges & Objective
The main challenge was effectively targeting and engaging potential customers on Facebook and Instagram. Our objective was to maximize reach organically and through paid posts, drive video views, and most importantly, trigger conversions in the form of car loan application submissions.

What Makes Our Strategy Successful
Our approach was multifaceted, combining organic reach strategies with calculated paid promotions to optimize impressions and engagements. The content was tailored to capture audience interest and motivate them towards taking the next step – applying for a car loan.
Results
Over a 3-month period, our strategy yielded impressive results. We organically reached 294,300 people and achieved 86,200 video views combined on Facebook and Instagram. Our paid ads generated 2,022,703 impressions with 396,837 people reached, which states the fact that we retargeted our “target audience”. This translated to a cost per acquisition of $19.87 with 1,297 conversions. The total ad spend was $34,477.19, well within the budget of $45,000. As per the dealership’s account, these efforts culminated in an estimated ROI of roughly $19,500,000, further emphasizing the efficacy of a well-planned, well-executed social media strategy in driving robust business outcomes.
