Background

Grand Socials had the opportunity to work with a franchise of Chiropractic Clinics spread across Texas, Nevada, and Colorado. Our task was to create organic content for their Facebook and Instagram pages to increase community awareness about the clinics.

Challenges & Objective

The challenge involved producing content that would effectively communicate the unique offerings of these clinics to a diverse, multi-state community. The key objective was to drive local community awareness and engagement through organic Facebook and Instagram posts, as measured by page visits and new likes/follows within a 30-day period.

What Makes Our Strategy Successful

The success of our strategy hinged on understanding the clinics’ services, their community-focused ethos, and their target demographics. We tailored content to showcase the clinics in a relatable and engaging manner, inviting community interaction and fostering a greater online presence.

Results

The results were a testament to our strategic content creation. Over a 30-day period, we achieved an increase of 10.2% in Facebook page visits, a 58.3% increase in new Facebook page likes, and a 66.6% increase in Instagram page visits. These metrics not only indicate a high level of community engagement but also reflect an increased level of awareness for the chiropractic clinics.
