Background
Denny’s, a popular nationwide diner, approached Grand Socials with franchises located in Texas and Florida, seeking to invigorate their social media presence with compelling organic and boosted content.

The challenge was twofold. Firstly, we needed to create content that resonated with Denny’s diverse customer base in two distinct states, Texas and Florida. Secondly, we aimed to create highly engaging content that not only attracted likes but also fostered community interaction through comments and shares.

The success of our strategy hinged on our deep understanding of Denny’s target audience in the two different geographic areas. We customized our content to cater to regional tastes and preferences, fostering a sense of local community and personal connection. Combining this approach with strategic boosting of posts, we were able to optimize engagement and maximize reach.
Results
Our approach yielded impressive results. Our top post garnered 1,500 likes, elicited 110 comments, and was shared 72 times, indicative of high audience engagement and content appreciation. It highlighted the potential of well-crafted, region-specific content paired with a strategic boost.
