Grand Socials Subscription Service Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Agreement
By subscribing to our month-to-month social media management services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This subscription is valid for one month at a time, and automatic renewal will occur unless canceled by the client according to the terms outlined below.

2. Payment Terms

All subscription payments are due at the beginning of each monthly cycle.

The client will receive an invoice via email, and payment must be made in full within 3 days of receiving the invoice.

Work on the client’s social media strategy, content, or campaigns will not begin until payment has been received.

Payments are non-refundable once made, as work on the client’s account begins immediately after payment is confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel their subscriptions by providing written notice (via email) at least 72 hours prior to the next scheduled payment.

Cancellations must be made before payment is processed for the upcoming month to avoid being charged for the next subscription cycle.

If cancellation is not made within this 72-hour window, the subscription will automatically renew, and the client will be charged for the next month’s services.

No refunds will be given after the payment is received.

4. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of social media management services, once payment has been made, it is considered non-refundable. Upon receiving payment, Grand Socials immediately begins work on the client's social media campaigns, content creation, and strategic planning. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued for any part of the subscription.

5. Scope of Work

The services provided during each subscription cycle will be outlined in a separate project proposal or scope of work agreed upon by the client and Grand Socials.

Changes to the scope of work may result in additional fees, which will be communicated to the client before the commencement of any additional work.

6. Termination by Grand Socials
Grand Socials reserves the right to terminate the subscription at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Failure by the client to make timely payments.

Inappropriate conduct by the client, including but not limited to abusive or inappropriate language or behavior directed toward Grand Socials staff.

Violation of any of the terms outlined in this agreement.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials, approvals, and access to social media accounts in a timely manner.

Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide materials or feedback may affect the delivery timeline, but this will not alter the payment schedule.

8. Confidentiality
Grand Socials agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding the client’s social media strategy, content, and any proprietary information shared during the course of the subscription. Likewise, the client agrees not to disclose Grand Socials' methods, pricing, or proprietary materials to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property
All content created by Grand Socials, including but not limited to images, videos, captions, and strategies, remain the intellectual property of Grand Socials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the content created for their own social media channels.

10. Amendments
These terms and conditions may be updated or amended by Grand Socials at any time, with notice provided to clients. Continued use of the subscription service after any amendments constitutes agreement to the new terms.
