The Panera Bread franchise in the district of Houston needed a dynamic and compelling campaign to enhance its visibility and engagement with potential and existing customers. Grand Socials partnered with them to create and execute a robust social media campaign.

The primary challenge was to organically increase the visibility of the franchise in a highly competitive market, boost engagement with the audience, and drive action-oriented results – like clicks on the call to action link. The ultimate objective was to translate this online engagement into tangible business results – increased footfall and sales.

Our strategy was tailored to the specific needs of Panera Bread, combining organic reach and boosted posts. We targeted key demographics, created compelling content that resonated with the audience, and strategically boosted posts for optimal visibility and engagement. Our unique approach of customized content creation, audience-specific targeting, and meticulous performance tracking, led to significant, measurable results.

Results

The campaign was an overwhelming success. In just a month, we reached a staggering 596,181 people organically and via boosted posts. A total of 95,912 people engaged with the posts, and 9,168 people clicked on the call to action link. The franchise’s home page gained 89 new followers and amassed 2,008 comments on their posts, marking a significant rise in engagement. Most importantly, this increase in online engagement translated into real-world business results, boosting sales for the Panera Bread franchise in Houston in a 30-day period.
